This website is operated by Strong Body & Mind, Highland House, 27, 1 Halkett Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4WJ. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Registering your interest is free and creates no contract, no payment obligation and no guaranteed place. Founder Membership places are limited and allocated in order of confirmed registration, subject to availability at the time the club opens.

Prices, opening dates, facilities and equipment shown on this site are indicative while the club is being refurbished and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Memberships are sold and managed through our gym management provider, ClubRight. The membership terms, cancellation rules, minimum terms and payment schedule presented at checkout govern your membership. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party platforms.

Training carries inherent risk. Content on this site is general information, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or recovery programme, particularly if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

Some parts of this site require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Anything you upload to your profile — a photo, a description, a training goal — must be yours to upload and must not contain anyone else's image or personal information without their agreement. We may remove content that breaks this or that is unlawful, and we may close an account that is being misused.

You may not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information, or use our forms to send unsolicited or unlawful content.

All branding, photography, copy and design on this site belong to Strong Body & Mind and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

We may update these terms as the club opens and services change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, and the courts of Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
