Yes. The same site and community will remain while the facility is progressively rebuilt around new equipment, recovery facilities and higher operating standards.

Membership is £40 per month during refurbishment. Founding Membership will be £65 per month after official reopening. Standard Membership will be £85 per month once the Founder allocation closes. There are 700 initial Founder places, plus 100 additional places reserved for previous One Motivation members. Registering interest is free and does not guarantee a place; paid Founder memberships take priority.

Online payment is not yet available. The joining form sends an enquiry to the team, who will contact you to complete a paid membership. The free interest form is a separate way to receive updates.

The planned recovery space includes a sauna, cold plunge, leg compression boots, high-quality massage guns and treatment rooms. Final access details will be confirmed before launch.

The strength floor will feature a major new collection of British-built Watson equipment, alongside carefully selected cardio and functional equipment from specialist brands.

We're building a carefully selected team of coaches and practitioners across strength, physique, general health, rehabilitation and performance. Approved team profiles will be introduced as they are confirmed.

Small-group training and coached sessions will form part of the club offering. The timetable is launching soon, once instructors and sessions are confirmed.

Our aim is to complete the main transformation over an approximately three-month period, subject to construction, equipment delivery and operational requirements.
